Tea tree oil has long been renowned for its healing properties. It can also be used as a treatment to cure yeast infections. In order to prepare a treatment with tea tree oil you will need to pick up the oil from a health store. Many people get theirs from online shops.
You will also need to have a lubricant or Vaseline and an applicator tampon. To prepare the
treatment you will need to push the tampon up enough to be able to coat the tampon with the lubricant. This is so that the tea tree oil doesn't get absorbed into the tampon.
You will then need to place several drops of the tea tree oil onto the tampon. Replace the tampon into the applicator and insert into the vagina.
This
treatment method is usually best used for minor infections as in is a mild cure. If you have a more severe yeast infection you can also use yogurt. All you need to do is apply an ample amount of plain sugar free yogurt to the tampon along with the tea tree oil.
